• Delivery of goods to the EU, UK, USA, Australia and other regions;
• All consumer purchases unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Products & Availability

We make every effort to display accurate product information, pricing and stock availability.

However:

• Colours may vary due to screen settings;
• Stock levels may change without notice;
• We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders.

If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, we will inform you and offer:

• A replacement product;
• A refund;
• A revised delivery date.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown including VAT where applicable.
Prices may differ depending on the shipping country.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in the EU and UK have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason (cooling-off period).

• Return shipping costs may apply;
• Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

Returned items should be sent with proof of purchase.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to:

7. Warranty & Quality

All products purchased via CureTape.com come with statutory warranty rights.

We guarantee that our products:

• Are free of manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at
info@curetape.com for replacement or refund.

Improper, incorrect or unauthorised use of the product voids warranty.
