Christina’s advice on wrist taping

For wrist complaints I recommend CureTape Classic or CureTape Art for regular daily use. If you are active in sports or need extra adhesion — for example during swimming or intensive training — CureTape Sports is the better choice thanks to its 30% stronger adhesion.

Always combine taping with targeted wrist exercises for the best results. If your symptoms persist or worsen, always seek advice from a physiotherapist or your GP.
