Christina’s advice on face and jaw taping

For facial and jaw complaints, I recommend CureTape Classic. Its breathable cotton, skin-friendly adhesive and comfortable stretch make it well suited for the delicate skin of the face while providing gentle support during daily activities. Or if you have very sensitive skin, opt for CureTape Gentle. For the best results, combine taping with relaxation and mobility exercises for the jaw and neck. If your symptoms persist, worsen or are accompanied by limited jaw movement, consult a physiotherapist, dentist or your GP.
