Christina’s advice on neck taping

For most neck complaints, I recommend CureTape Classic or CureTape Art. Both are comfortable to wear and suitable for everyday use. If you exercise regularly or need extra support, I recommend CureTape Sports. Its 25% stronger adhesion helps the tape stay in place during movement and exercise. Combine taping with neck mobility and posture exercises. If your symptoms persist or worsen, consult a physiotherapist or your GP.
