Tips for applying sensor patches:

• Make sure the skin is completely clean and dry before applying. Remove any lotion, oil, sweat or dirt.
• For best results, apply the patch one to two hours before exercising or showering.
• Trim any excess body hair to improve adhesion and comfort.
• After fitting a new sensor, wait and check that it functions correctly before applying the patch.
• Avoid touching the adhesive surface to maintain its stickiness.
• After applying, gently rub around the sensor area to activate the adhesive and ensure a secure hold.
• If the edges begin to lift, carefully trim them with scissors to prevent the patch from peeling off completely.
• The patch is water resistant. After showering, swimming or bathing, gently pat it dry with a towel and avoid using a hairdryer.
• If any itching, pain or irritation occurs, remove the patch immediately.
