Het Medical Taping handboek van Harry Pijnappel is een uitgebreid Nederlandstalig praktijkboek voor professionals die werken met kinesiotaping en het Medical Taping Concept. In deze editie worden theoretische achtergronden gecombineerd met praktisch toepasbare tapetechnieken, ondersteund door meer dan 400 duidelijke foto’s.<\/p>\n

Harry Pijnappel is fysiotherapeut en sinds 1999 actief als nationaal en internationaal Medical Taping-instructeur. Vanuit zijn jarenlange ervaring in zowel de praktijk als het onderwijs beschrijft hij de verschillende mogelijkheden van CureTape en Medical Taping op een toegankelijke en overzichtelijke manier.<\/p>\n

Het eerste gedeelte van het boek gaat uitgebreid in op de achterliggende principes en effecten van taping. Daarbij komen onderwerpen aan bod zoals zwelling, pijn, de lymfatische functie, spiertonus en jeuk. Daarnaast bevat deze editie een apart hoofdstuk van 9 pagina’s over fascia en de manier waarop CureTape binnen fasciale toepassingen kan worden ingezet.<\/p>\n

In het praktische gedeelte staan de verschillende tapemethoden centraal. Naast de basistechnieken worden uiteenlopende toepassingen behandeld bij verschillende pathologie\u00ebn, waaronder orthopedische klachten en therapeutische toepassingen waarbij ook de relatie met organen wordt besproken. Dankzij de vele foto’s zijn de beschreven technieken eenvoudig te volgen en direct te vertalen naar de dagelijkse praktijk.<\/p>\n

Het Medical Taping handboek kan zowel als studieboek als naslagwerk worden gebruikt. Het is onder andere bedoeld voor fysiotherapeuten, huidtherapeuten, lymftherapeuten, artsen, sportmasseurs, podotherapeuten en andere professionals met een medische of therapeutische achtergrond.<\/p>\n
